The Winter holidays are just around the corner, and what way to celebrate than with the annual arrival of Santa Claus and the Lighting of Tree on Main Street in Galena, Illinois! Bring your kids to visit Santa at the Old Market House starting at 5:30 pm on and enjoy some gift bags, hot chocolate, and chestnuts roasting on an open fire. During this event, there’s also carolers singing classic Christmas songs. Starting at 6:00 pm is the Lighting of Tree on Main Street. All of these festivities take place on November 23, so if you have spare time, come check out these events!
